Just to put your minds at ease, I wanted to get dates and duties established as a starting point. I won't be needing so much input from y'all until a few months before the meetings.
According to Sylvia and Dana, September looks like a good time for Alabama meetings. Let me ask the state representative for Alabama when she has time available in Alabama and then we'll move forward on where in Alabama y'all would like the meeting held. Be thinking about cities/towns where you'd like to have the meeting. I'm thinking one in the north, one in the south.
